Garmin Nüvi 660 widescreen SatNav picture

We were just thinking how long it'd been since we had some SatNav news and then bang, we come across some! The Garmin Nüvi 660 has been on the cards for a little while now but only now have a couple of piccies emerged.

Apparently the 660 will have an FM transmitter which will broadcast vocal directions via the car radio. Nope, can't really see the point of that either! What we can see the point of is the nice big 4.3in widescreen display with a 480 x 272 resolution that should look great.

There should also be Bluetooth on board as well as 700mb of memory and an SD card slot. No pricing or release date is known just yet but, hopefully, it's not too far off.
