They say timing is everything, and with the footy World Cup finally underway, DAB radio specialist Intempo has launched the soccer shaped iDS-02 iPod speaker and docking system.
In a radical redesign, Intempo has opted to ditch the bog standard looking iDS-01 and replace it with an altogether more chic facade.
The iDS-02 boasts twin 7.5 watts speakers and a 15 watts subwoofer and as well as playing your iPod tunes it'll charge it via the dock connector. There's USB and Firewire ports for hooking up to a PC and for non-iPod owners, the iDS-02 will also connect up to other MP3 players. A remote control is also supplied.
Available this month, the iDS-02 will be available in black or white for £130.
